Hi! I’m Paulina Loera, Broker and Owner of Alpha Key Realty. I’ve had the privilege of helping families and investors across the Dallas–Fort Worth area find the right place to call home.

Real estate, for me, has never been just about houses or numbers , it’s about people, dreams, and new beginnings. Each client I work with becomes part of my story, and I take great pride in making sure their journey is guided with honesty, care, and heart.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about making every step of the process clear and comfortable for all my clients. Communication, trust, and genuine connection are at the center of everything I do.

I’ve dedicated my career to learning and growing so I can offer the best possible service. I’m proud to hold several professional designations, including SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Each certification represents my commitment to understanding the unique needs of every client I serve.
